Forget Keyword Ultimatum for a Moment!

In my opinion “for what it’s worth” this is probably the most important post on this site. Step away from the hype and let’s get things in perspective for a moment.

My name is Steve Hippel, I’m 45 years old and I live in the UK.

My story differs slightly because I got involved in Internet Marketing as a result of wanting to build a website for my plastering business. I truly believe that I have quickly started to succeed where many fail because of this.

Let me explain.

Most people who get involved in making money online, whatever form it takes, do so as a result of a tempting sales page. When you read the average sales page you so desperately want to believe that you are going to make money easily. The reality is usually very different.

Making money online through any program be it Google Sniper, Traffic Ultimatum or any other for that will always require some work and involve a learning curve.

I truly believe that most people who fall by the wayside, do so because they feel cheated. The hype of the sales page compared to the reality presents itself and the conclusion is reached that its hard or impossible. It’s obviously not impossible because there are a lot of people making a lot of money online and I’m just starting to get piece of the action.

OK I Know, This Page Is My About me Page So I’ll Get To The Point.

The point is that I learned the basics over a couple of months and thought nothing of the fact that I might have been scammed. I was just building a site for my small business. I never intended to get into internet marketing because I did not believe it could be that easy and it isn’t.

I built my site using the techniques shown in the course and my phone began to ring. I build similar sites for4 other people and a month or two after building each one they were all on the front page of Google. Now don’t get excited because ranking for such niche terms is very easy indeed. Oh and by the way the course was The Keyword Academy (not bad but expensive and not great.

Suddenly and quite by accident I saw that it actually is quite easy to make money online once you have got your practice in.

Now I can’t lie to you, at the time of writing I’m no super affiliate or guru. I’m really just a guy who saw the potential, paid my money and just kept at it until it started to pay off.

Now 4 programs and 5 months later I’m making some reasonable cash. Not a fortune but I’m only at the beginning of my journey.

This is the important bit so I’m glad you read this far.

I have probably put a couple of hundred hours of my time and a couple of hundred dollars into this now. I know that I have regular money coming in for the next couple of years at least for my effort.

I have only been affiliate marketing for a few months and I’m already earning.

Most people would say I’m giving up because I have been doing this for a few moths and it’s not working.

I just do more of the same and I earn more. The more I do the better I get and the better I get the less I have to do to earn more.

So pleas get things into perspective and take this thought away with you.

If the only thing stopping you making money online is lack of knowledge. Knowing that the potential rewards are so great, isn’t it worth the time it takes to learn?

If your boss said to you, work a couple of hours every couple of evenings and I’ll give you an income for life in 12 months. Wouldn’t that be worth some of your time?
